Our own production of concrete, bricks, windows, doors and furniture guarantees you quality We provide double waterproofing of foundation, walls and roof, being well aware of the realities of Balinese life. STEP 01
Choose a villa in the catalog.
STEP 02
Click the “Contact Manager” button and wait for feedback.
STEP 03
Our manager will answer all your questions and book the villa.
STEP 04
Making a deposit and checking documents online.
STEP 05
Checking clean title to the land and signing the contract with an independent notary. At this point, you are already becoming a tenant of the land plot for 30 years (with the possibility of extension).
STEP 06
Making the first payment of 30% of the cost of the villa + the cost of the land.
STEP 07
The schedule of subsequent payments is linked to the progress of construction. The site supervisor posts a daily report to the investors’ WhatsApp group.
STEP 08
We publish a detailed PDF progress report every two weeks.
STEP 09
Finishing and handing over the keys to the owner. The villa is fully ready for living according to the design project.
